I recently engaged with My Law Matters to sell 2 properties and the purchase of another property. It was clear that they were very busy but the people on the other end of the phone were always patient and understanding no matter what issues I raised, which was quite a few.
My main contact was Sam Mills an extremely courteous and very pleasant ‘chap’ with a nice sense of humour but very professional. He always had time for a little chat, and reassured me whenever I raised concerns. He always got back to me via a phone call or email. Apologising if he couldn’t get back to me straight away. Everything could be done using a phone or computer.
