In addition to our costs, there are some other variable expenses including search fees, Land Registry fees, stamp duty land tax, managing agent’s fees and lender’s fees. Some of these vary according to the price of the property and some vary according to your personal circumstances or type of property (e.g. stamp duty land tax).
Typically, our costs would be between £850 and £2500 plus VAT depending upon the value and complexity of the transaction.

The search fee pack covering the usual searches required in a commercial property transaction would cost in the region of £400-£500 and include a local authority search, an environmental search, a chancel repair liability search and water and drainage search.
