We offer FREE advertising in a local property newspaper, and on the internet, including our dedicated estate agency website. We also provide high quality sales particulars and will erect a “For Sale” sign if required.

Our role as solicitors allows us to do all the legal work on your sale, making the process easier and less time consuming. We will obtain and investigate the title deeds to your property and sort out any legal problems in advance of a sale, to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We also draft the sale contract, deal with purchaser’s enquiries and arrange re-payment of your mortgage on completion.

We offer our services at very competitive prices and all our work is completed with one inclusive fee of 1% + VAT (legal costs on sale plus our estate agency service excluding any disbursements), guaranteeing you receive great value for money.
