When moving home or buying a new house, you will need conveyancing support from a solicitor to help you with your move. Conveyancing is the legal term for transferring the legal title to property or real estate. We use conveyancing software and on-line access to The Land Registry to provide instant searches. Home Information Packs (HIPS) are compulsory and it is an offence to market a property without one. A HIP is essentially a pack of legal information accompanied by an energy efficiency rating of the property and must contain Title Information; a Local Authority Search; Essential Local Neighbourhood Information; a Property Information Form and an Energy Performance Certificate. We will be able to provide our clients with a HIP as part of our Estate Agency service at a very competitive price.
