Principal and Founder of the firm, Nick has overall management responsibility.Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and has a wide range of legal experience in court work and non contentious matters. He is currently concentrating on Employment Law and Private Client work, with particular reference to wills and trusts. He is also a member of The Law Society's Family Law Panel and The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Nick also sits as a Deputy District Judge.
Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 1977. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and also Solicitors for the Elderly.
After qualifying with one of Birmingham's largest law firms, he became an equity partner specialising in private client matters, tax and estate planning.
Paul specialises in the full range of non-contentious private client work including simple and complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and the Administration of Estates, the Establishment and Operation of Trusts (including trusts of life policies), lifetime and post death Inheritance Tax Planning, Court of Protection work and general advice to the elderly.
Admitted in 1987, Sue is the firm's family law specialist covering all aspects of relationship breakdown. Her philosophy is to achieve the best outcome possible for the client with the minimum of distress and antagonism and she subscribes to the good practice guidelines set out in The Law Society's Family Law Protocol. Sue is a member of The Law Society's Family Law Panel.
Diane specializes in Property Law, both residential and commercial. A Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives, her efficient and practical approach has won her a loyal following amongst her many clients. She is a keen proponent of technology to achieve a rapid and cost effective service to clients and this is reflected in the investment the firm has made in case management and related software.
