	Nick Fentiman LLB (Lond) Principal and Founder of the firm, Nick has overall management responsibility. Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and has a wide range of legal experience in court work and non contentious matters. He is currently concentrating on Employment Law and civil litigation, negligence and contested probate cases. He is also a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly organisation and The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Nick also sits as a Deputy District Judge.
	Paul Hopkins Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 1980. He is an experienced residential conveyancer with a thorough knowledge of the conveyancing process. He is also able to deal with the sales and purchases of small businesses and commercial and residential leases. He is dedicated to providing a quality conveyancing service in accordance with the standards required by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
	Janet Fentiman Bsc Janet runs our estate agency service. She has extensive knowledge of the local market having lived in Knowle since 1985. She will be delighted to provide you with a free market appraisal and to explain the benefits of our combined estate agency and conveyancing service.
